Watch Talk - NovelaWatch × Vianney Halter at Chiragan

NovelaWatch Collectors Club hosted an intimate evening at Chiragan Coral Gables, face-to-face with one of the architects of modern independent watchmaking: Vianney Halter.

Before “independent” became a category with its own spotlight, Halter was already defining the language of creative freedom and mechanical originality. A pivotal chapter was Harry Winston’s Opus 3, which put a true independent vision on a major stage and helped legitimize what early independents were building long before it was fashionable.

At NovelaWatch, the point is education. Since I founded the club in 2015, we focus on bringing collectors closer to the history, context, and makers shaping this craft. I was honored to moderate the conversation and share the room with collectors who care about the hardwork behind the work.
